Has also launched Retail Banking product across UAE in 2006 and revived critical retail banking product with high High yields successfully with a team of 25 pan-UAE. Mahalakshmi is one of the founder Directors who has helped to establish vision and purpose of Lotus&Company;, with over 20 year of experience in managing Financials, Audit, Valuation and Performance Audit of large and small corporates in India and global markets. Mahalakshmi has served mid-size Chartered Accountant firm in the capacity of Partner, handling statutory audits, internal audits and management consultancy assignments for various corporates across multiple verticals. Later on she served Cognizant Technology Services and has gained extensive experience in managing BPO services for the BFSI clients. She has led a handful of productivity projects and business training programs. She is a Chartered Accountant. She is also a Certified Business Valuer and Information System Auditor, earned from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
